Kathleen ( Kath /kathy )HOLMESKathy passed away peacefully on 27th March in Tollesby Hall Care Home with her loving family around her, aged 68 years old. Dearly loved mam of Daniel and Emma and a treasured grandma of Joseph. Also, a dear sister of John and the late David. Funeral service and cremation to take place on Monday 15th April at 11:30am in St Bede's Chapel. Middlesbrough Crematorium. Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
